1. Refund Eligibility

•Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

•The project has not yet been started, and the cancellation request is made within 7 days of payment.

•Deliverables significantly deviate from the agreed-upon scope outlined in the project brief or contract.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

•Refunds will not be issued for:

•Completed projects that meet the agreed specifications.

•Minor revisions or subjective dissatisfaction after final delivery.

•Client-delayed projects exceeding 30 days without communication.

3. Partial Refunds

•If work has commenced but is incomplete, a partial refund may be provided, deducting the cost of the work already completed.

4. Revision Policy

•Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions (outlined in the contract). Requests beyond this limit may incur additional charges, and refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction related to unmet additional revision requests.

5. Process for Refund Requests

•To initiate a refund request, clients must email support@qlupy.com with the following details:

•Project name or ID.

•Reason for the refund request.

•Supporting documentation (if applicable).

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and we will notify you of the outcome via email.

6. Payment Refunds

•Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.

7. Custom or Rush Projects

•Custom or rush projects are non-refundable due to the nature of their urgency and tailored requirements.
